Privacy Policy

Mind Partner AI, Inc. Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

Our Commitment to Privacy

This notice describes our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how Mind Partner AI, Inc. (“Mind Partner,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) collects, uses, and protects the Personal Data obtained through the use of our website located at mindpartnerai.com and mindpartner.ai (the “Site”), our iOS and Android mobile applications (the “App”), and the subscription-based AI personal-growth and self-reflection services available through both the Site and the App (collectively, the “Services”). Through the Services, we provide users with an AI-powered “thought partner” to help them identify what is holding them back and track their goals to completion.

By visiting the Site, downloading or using the App, or using any of our Services, you agree that your Personal Data will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of our Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including their applicable limitations on damages and resolution of disputes. The Mind Partner Terms of Use are incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy.

In addition to this Privacy Policy, we have internal policies and practices designed to keep your Personal Data secure and to ensure that information about you is only used consistent with this Privacy Policy. We will take commercially reasonable measures intended to help ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our Services; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use commercially reasonable procedures and security features in an effort to prevent loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, and disclosure.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Mind Partner reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as it sees fit, and your continued use of the Services will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to this Privacy Policy. If there are any changes to our Privacy Policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our homepage and on other key pages of the Services. If there are any changes in how we use your Personal Data, notification by email will be made to those affected by this change. Where a change materially affects how we use your Personal Data, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on our Services at least 30 days prior to the change taking effect; other changes are effective when the updated Privacy Policy is posted. You are therefore advised to re-read this Privacy Policy on a regular basis.

What Information Is Collected

We collect information about you directly from you and from third parties, as well as automatically through your use of our Services.

(a) Information We Collect Directly From You

If you wish to use the Services, you are required to create an account (“Account”). We collect the following information, all of which is defined as “Personal Data”:

At Registration:

Email address and password (or Apple/Google login identity, which may also supply name).

During Onboarding:

  • First name and last name.
  • Phone number.
  • Date of birth (used to verify that you meet the 18+ age requirement).
  • Optional: role, company, focus areas, communication channel preferences, AI persona preferences, and other self-reported context.

During Use:

  • Conversation content, including text messages and voice/audio submitted during AI chat and voice reflection sessions.
  • Uploaded images and files, including any OCR/vision-processed content.
  • Imported prior conversation history.
  • Goals, milestones, reflections, and self-reported context about relationships, people, and personal patterns.
  • Reminder and notification preferences.
  • Subscription and entitlement status and events.

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payment details are handled directly by Apple (App Store In-App Purchase), Google and Stripe. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy, Google’s Privacy Policy and Stripe’s Privacy Policy for information regarding their own security protections and use of your Personal Data.

(b) Information We Collect Automatically

We may automatically collect information about your use of our Services through cookies, authentication markers, and other technologies. We combine this information with other information we collect about you. Such information may include:

  • Device push tokens, platform, device model, and app version (mobile).
  • IP address, browser type and operating system.
  • Web pages you view, links you click, and length of time spent on the Services.
  • The referring URL or webpage that led you to our Services.
  • Error and performance diagnostic data.

(c) Information We Obtain From Other Sources

If you register using Sign in with Apple or Google OAuth, those services may provide us with basic profile information (email address and name, if available) to create your Account. Mind Partner does not access your social media feeds and does not post anything to your social accounts. These authentication methods are used solely to create and authenticate your Account.

(d) Location Information

The App does not track your device’s GPS location. Location information is only ever user-typed (for example, a city you mention in conversation). If you upload a photo that contains embedded EXIF metadata, such metadata may incidentally include location information; this is incidental to the file you choose to upload and does not represent active GPS tracking by Mind Partner.

How and When the Information Is Used

Currently, we may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your Account and authenticate your identity.
  • To provide the Services to you, including delivering AI-powered chat, voice sessions, goal tracking, behavioral insights, relationship mapping, personality insights, reminders, and push notifications.
  • To personalize your experience and the AI thought partner over time through a personalization memory graph built from your interactions and preferences.
  • To communicate with you about your use of the Services, respond to your inquiries, and for other customer service purposes.
  • To manage your subscription and process payments through our payment processors.
  • For marketing and promotional purposes. For example, we may use your email address to send you news, newsletters, and information about the Services.
  • To better understand how users access and use the Services, both on an aggregated and individualized basis, in order to improve the Services and respond to user desires and preferences.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent technical issues, fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To protect our own rights and interests, such as to resolve any disputes, enforce our Terms of Use, or respond to legal process.
  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Third-Party Providers

The Services are powered by artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies provided by established third-party companies. Conversations, voice/audio content, uploaded images, and other content you submit to the Services may be transmitted to and processed by one or more third-party AI providers, including providers of large language model, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, real-time voice, and image and vision processing services, in order to generate responses and power the features of the Services. The specific providers we use, and the roles they serve, may change from time to time as we add, remove, or substitute providers to operate, secure, and improve the Services. A current list of the categories of third-party AI providers we use, and information about the processing they perform, is available upon request by contacting us at privacy@mindpartner.ai.

These providers act as service providers to Mind Partner and are contractually required to process your data only as necessary to provide services to us. Mind Partner requires that these providers not use your data for their own independent model training without separate authorization. Each of these providers maintains its own privacy and security policies, which govern their respective handling of your data.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to the transmission of your conversation content and other submitted data to these third-party AI providers for processing, as disclosed in this Privacy Policy and in the AI data-processing consent screen presented to you at onboarding.

How We Share Your Information

We may share your information, including Personal Data, as follows:

Service Providers

We will not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Data to others. However, we provide some of our Services through contractual arrangements made with third-party service providers (“Service Providers”) who assist us in operating and improving the Services. These Service Providers are contractually prohibited from using your Personal Data for any purpose beyond the purpose for which it was shared. Our current Service Providers include:

  • Supabase — Authentication and primary database/storage (hosts all user data on AWS infrastructure in the United States).
  • Third-Party AI Providers — AI processing of conversation, voice, and uploaded content (see the Third-Party Providers section above).
  • Customer.io — Email, push, and in-app messaging, and event tracking (receives user ID, email, name, phone, push token, and engagement events).
  • RevenueCat — Subscription management (receives user ID and purchase events).
  • Apple (APNS / Sign in with Apple / IAP) — Authentication, push notification delivery, and in-app purchases.
  • Sentry — Error and performance monitoring (technical diagnostics, which may include limited metadata).
  • Vercel — Application hosting and scheduled jobs (request and deployment logs).
  • Stripe — Web subscription billing and payment processing.

Business Transfers

If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the other company.

In Response to Legal Process

We may disclose the information we collect from you in order to comply with the law, a judicial proceeding, court order, or other legal process, such as in response to a subpoena or court order.

To Protect Us and Others

We may disclose any information we collect from you where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.

Aggregate and De-Identified Information

We may share aggregate or de-identified information about users with third parties for research, analytics, or similar purposes. Such information will not identify you personally. Where we maintain or use de-identified information, we will maintain and use it only in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify it, except as permitted by applicable law.

Payment Terms

When you subscribe to the Services, we collect certain information necessary to process your transaction. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors: Apple In-App Purchase (for iOS subscribers) Google Play Billing (for Android subscribers) and Stripe (for web subscribers). We do not store or have access to your complete credit card or bank account details. We use payment related Personal Data solely for the purpose of completing your transaction, managing your subscription, preventing fraud, and complying with legal or regulatory requirements. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy and Stripe’s Privacy Policy for information regarding their handling of your payment data.

Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer or device through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our Services, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process or to allow us to track your activities on our Services. If you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block cookies, but you may not be able to use our Services as intended without them.

Cookies and Authentication Markers We Use

  • A first-party authentication marker cookie (mp-auth) and Supabase Auth session cookies and local storage, used to authenticate your session and persist your login.
  • Customer.io JavaScript tracker for in-app messaging, event tracking, and page tracking, and its associated cookies.
  • Mixpanel for product analytics, used to understand feature usage and improve the product, and its associated local storage.
  • Sentry for error and performance monitoring (technical and diagnostic purposes, not advertising).

What We Do Not Use: Mind Partner does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog, Segment, or any third-party advertising trackers. The App and Site do not display third-party advertisements.

Types of Cookies

Essential Cookies: These cookies are necessary for the Services to function properly. Without them, parts of the Services would not be available. They do not track where you have been on the internet or gather information about you for marketing purposes.

Functional Cookies: These cookies are used to remember your preferences and login information on the Services and to provide enhanced, more personalized features. The information collected by these cookies is generally anonymized.

Analytical/Performance Cookies: These cookies are used to monitor the performance of the Services, such as determining page views and unique users, in order to improve user experience and identify areas that may require maintenance. The information is anonymous and used for statistical purposes only.

Disabling Cookies: Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can edit your browser options to block them. The Help section of most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to receive notification when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Note that some features of the Services may not be available if you disable cookies.

Some browsers transmit “do-not-track” signals to websites. Because of differences in how browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted or whether they are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals, though we will revisit this as standards develop.

Log Data: Like most websites and applications, our Services make use of log files that store information collected automatically during your use. Log data may include IP address, browser type and device parameters, name of the internet service provider, date and time of visit, referring webpage, and similar technical information.

Cookie Consent (EU, UK, and EEA Users): Where required by applicable law, including for users located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the European Economic Area, we obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies on your device, and you may withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie controls we make available or through your browser settings. Essential cookies necessary to operate the Services and secure your Account do not require consent.

How We Protect Your Information

To protect your Personal Data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry standards. Our security measures include:

  • Data stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure located in the United States.
  • Sensitive conversational and message content encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
  • All data in transit protected by HTTPS/TLS.
  • Access limited to authorized personnel
  • Error monitoring and diagnostics via Sentry.

Although we have implemented commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, please be aware that no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, device, and account by, among other things, signing off after using a shared device, choosing a strong password, and keeping your login credentials private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity. In the event of a security incident affecting your Personal Data, we will notify you and applicable authorities to the extent, and within the timeframes, required by applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide you with the Services or for other important purposes such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. More specifically:

  • Account Personal Data: Retained for the life of your Account. Upon a deletion request, data is purged after a 30-day grace period, after which your Account and associated data are permanently deleted, including stored files, except that we may retain limited records (such as billing and transaction records) where and for as long as retention is required to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.
  • Conversational and session content: Retained for the life of your Account and deleted upon account deletion as described above.
  • Billing and transactional data: Retained as required by applicable law and our payment processors’ policies.
  • De-identified and aggregated data: May be retained indefinitely for research, analytics, or service improvement purposes.

CAN-SPAM Act and Opting Out of Emails

The CAN-SPAM Act establishes requirements for commercial email messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and sets penalties for violations. We collect your email address in order to:

  • Send information, respond to inquiries, and fulfill other requests or questions.
  • Send transactional and account-related communications.
  • Send marketing or promotional communications, where you have provided consent.

To be in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we agree to the following:

  • Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
  • Identify any message as an advertisement in a reasonable way.
  • Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.
  • Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance.
  • Honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly.
  • Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.

We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of receiving marketing emails, we may still send you emails about your Account or any other transactional or service-related matters.

When you click on links on our Services, they may direct you away from our Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites or mobile applications and encourage you to read their individual privacy policies. If you visit a third-party website or mobile application link from our Services, you do so at your own risk.

You may also request correction or deletion of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Children

The Services are not intended for use by any person under the age of 18. Mind Partner does not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Data from persons under 18. The Services ask for your date of birth at onboarding to confirm you meet the 18+ minimum age requirement. If we determine that a user is under 18, we will not use or maintain their Personal Data without parental or guardian consent. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Data from a person under the age of 18, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such Personal Data from our records as soon as possible.

Contact and Location

Please be advised that data processing activities take place in the United States. Mind Partner’s infrastructure and data storage are US-based. Data may also be transferred to and processed by the Service Providers listed in this Privacy Policy, all of which are located in or operate infrastructure within the United States.

International Data Transfers — EU, UK, and Switzerland Residents

Mind Partner is a United States company. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, Mind Partner transfers and stores Personal Data to the United States for processing. The United States may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. When we transfer your information to the United States, we will protect it as described in this Privacy Policy.

When transferring Personal Data outside of the EU, EEA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, we use lawful transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable. These safeguards ensure that your Personal Data continues to receive adequate protection in line with GDPR standards.

By visiting the Site, using our Services, or providing Mind Partner with any information, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to this transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States.

Your Rights Under GDPR / UK GDPR

If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you have the following rights regarding your Personal Data:

  • Right of Access: You may request confirmation of whether we process your Personal Data and obtain a copy.
  • Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data.
  • Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): You may request deletion of your Personal Data, subject to legal or regulatory exceptions.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that we limit the processing of your Personal Data under certain conditions.
  • Right to Data Portability: You may request a copy of your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Right to Object: You may object at any time to processing of your Personal Data carried out on the basis of legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.

There may be circumstances where we are not legally required to comply with your request because of the laws in your jurisdiction or because of exemptions provided for in data protection legislation. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@mindpartner.ai.

Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data

The GDPR requires us to identify the legal grounds upon which we rely to process your Personal Data. The legal basis for processing your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy will typically be because:

  • You provided your explicit consent (for example, at Account creation and through the AI data-processing consent screen at onboarding);
  • Processing is necessary for our contractual relationship with you (for example, to provide the Services you have subscribed to);
  • Processing is necessary for us to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations; and/or
  • Processing is in our legitimate interests for the purpose of the Services (for example, to protect the security and integrity of our systems, improve the Services, or provide you with customer service).

Special Category Data

Some of the Personal Data you provide through the Services may constitute special category data under the GDPR and UK GDPR. Where we process special category data, we rely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, but may limit your ability to use some or all of the Services.

Automated Decision-Making

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate reflections, insights, and other personalized content for you. We do not use these technologies to make decisions that produce legal effects concerning you, or that similarly significantly affect you, based solely on automated processing without human involvement. The insights the Services generate are intended to support your own reflection and decision-making and are not determinations about your eligibility for any benefit, service, or opportunity. If we introduce any solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, we will inform you and provide the rights required under applicable law, including the right to obtain human intervention.

Mind Partner AI as a Data Controller

Mind Partner AI, Inc. acts as a data controller with respect to Personal Data collected through the Services. If you create an Account, make a purchase, or use the Services, Mind Partner is the data controller for the Personal Data you provide.

Users in Brazil (LGPD)

If you are located in Brazil, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, or “LGPD”) provides you with certain rights regarding your Personal Data, subject to certain limitations. This section supplements, and should be read together with, the remainder of this Privacy Policy, and applies to the extent our processing of your Personal Data is subject to the LGPD.

Legal Basis for Processing Your Information

Depending on the information we collect from you and how we collect it, we process your Personal Data on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • To administer our contractual relationship with you, including creating and managing your Account, providing the Services you have requested, and processing your subscription, renewals, and payments;
  • Because it is in our legitimate interest to operate, secure, and improve the Services and to provide you with useful features and content, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms;
  • To comply with the legal or regulatory obligations to which we are subject; and/or
  • Because you have provided your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (for example, the consent you provide at Account creation and at onboarding).

Sharing With Third-Party Service Providers and Vendors

We contract with selected third parties to help us provide and operate the Services — for example, artificial intelligence processing, cloud hosting and storage, subscription management, customer and transactional messaging, error and performance monitoring, and payment processing. Our contracts with these providers prohibit them from using your Personal Data for any purpose beyond providing services to us. We do not sell your Personal Data. The categories of third parties with whom we share Personal Data are described in the “Third-Party Providers” and “How We Share Your Information” sections above.

Data Transfers

In order to provide the Services to you and to comply with our legal obligations, the Personal Data you provide to us and the information we collect about you, your usage, and your devices will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. Your information may also be processed by personnel operating outside of Brazil who work for us or for one of our Third-Party Service Providers. We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including through appropriate contractual safeguards with our Service Providers.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the “Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms” section above. You can manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Please note that certain essential cookies are required for the Services to function — including to authenticate your session and secure your Account — and disabling them may prevent you from using parts of the Services.

Your Rights Under the LGPD

As a user located in Brazil, and subject to certain limitations, you may exercise the following rights with respect to your Personal Data:

  • Confirmation of whether we process your Personal Data;
  • Access to the Personal Data we hold about you;
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or out-of-date Personal Data;
  • Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of Personal Data that is unnecessary or excessive, or that is not being processed in compliance with the LGPD;
  • Portability of your Personal Data to another service or product provider, subject to applicable regulations;
  • Deletion of Personal Data processed on the basis of your consent, subject to legal and regulatory exceptions;
  • Information about the public and private entities with which we have shared your Personal Data;
  • Information about the possibility of denying consent and the consequences of doing so; and

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, you may delete your Account directly through the Site or App, or contact us at privacy@mindpartner.ai. We will need to verify your identity before processing your request.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, or “ANPD”).

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have certain additional rights regarding your Personal Data under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This includes the right to:

  • Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories of Personal Data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Access and Data Portability: You may request a copy of your Personal Data in a portable format.
  • Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate Personal Data.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your Personal Data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: Mind Partner does not sell Personal Data. We do not share Personal Data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: Exercising your privacy rights will not result in different prices, rates, or quality of Services.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: To the extent we process sensitive Personal Data, you may request that we limit our use and disclosure of that data to the uses permitted under the CCPA, as described in the “Sensitive Personal Information” paragraph below.

These rights are not absolute, and in some circumstances we may be unable to satisfy your request where we have an ongoing business relationship with you, an ongoing need to use the information for purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or are legally required to retain your Personal Data. If we deny your request, we will tell you why and provide information about how to appeal our decision.

To submit a request to exercise your California privacy rights, please email us at privacy@mindpartner.ai with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will need to verify your identity before processing your request.

The categories of Personal Data we collect and the purposes for which we use them are as follows:

  • Subscription and Payment Data (entitlement status, purchase events): To manage your subscription and process payments.
  • Communications Data (email engagement events): To send transactional and marketing communications through Customer.io.

Sensitive Personal Information. Some of the Personal Data you provide through the Services — in particular, conversation, voice, and reflection content that may reveal information about your health or mental well-being — may constitute sensitive personal information under the CCPA. We use and disclose this information to provide the Services you have requested (including the personalized insights that are a core part of the Services), to secure our systems, to comply with law, and for other purposes permitted under the CCPA. We do not sell or share your sensitive personal information, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you for any purpose other than providing the Services. You may request that we limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to those uses permitted under the CCPA by emailing us at privacy@mindpartner.ai.

Sources and Disclosures. We collect the categories of Personal Data described above from you directly, automatically through your use of the Services, and from the authentication providers you use to sign in. We disclose these categories of Personal Data for a business purpose to the categories of service providers described in the “How We Share Your Information” section (for example, cloud hosting and storage, AI processing, subscription management, customer messaging, error monitoring, and payment processing). We have not sold or shared (as those terms are defined under the CCPA) any Personal Data in the preceding 12 months.

Authorized Agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request to exercise your California privacy rights on your behalf. We may require the authorized agent to provide proof of your written permission to act on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us before we process the request.

Financial Incentives. We do not offer any financial incentives in exchange for the collection, sale, sharing, or retention of your Personal Data.

California “Shine the Light” Law. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding a business’s disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes. Mind Partner does not disclose your Personal Data to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Notice at Collection

At or before the time we collect your Personal Data, we provide you with notice of the categories of Personal Data being collected and the purposes for which it will be used, as described in this Privacy Policy. At Account creation, you are presented with a clear prompt to review and agree to these Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. Before entering the main application, you complete a dedicated AI data-processing consent screen acknowledging that your conversations are processed by third-party AI providers. Mind Partner records your consent, including the version of the Terms and Privacy Policy accepted, timestamp, IP address, and user-agent.

If you would like to submit a request about your Personal Data, you may do so by:

  • Deleting your Account directly through the Site or App; or
  • Emailing us at privacy@mindpartner.ai.

We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will ask for information that correlates with the information we have previously collected about you. We will attempt to fulfill your request within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Miscellaneous

This Privacy Policy does not cover any information that we may receive about you through sources other than the use of our Services. The Services may link out to other websites or mobile applications, but this Privacy Policy does not and will not apply to any of those linked websites or applications. We are committed to the protection of your privacy while you use our Services. By continuing to use our Services, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review and consider this Privacy Policy, and you agree to it. This means that you also consent to the use of your information and the method of disclosure as described in this Privacy Policy.
